Icing Images is a leader in the edible printing and supply industry.  Owner, Debbie Coughlin, founded Icing Images in 1999, when she wanted an image for a cake for her Dad’s 70th Birthday Party.  After much difficulty finding a company to simply print an image, she realized this was a good business opportunity and began printing custom images. When she realized how easy it was for people to print images themselves, she expanded her business.

The expansion of the company included a customer service based edible printing equipment and supply business that focused heavily on equipping her customers with less expensive, but high quality products.  Icing Images’ prides itself on its high quality products and top level customer service. Icing Images works very closely with key note decorators such as Julie Bashore and Mike Terry to develop new applications for edible printing. Recently Icing Images developed new designer web based application that is taking the industry by storm.  Icing Images challenges their decorators to go beyond the image and using images in other facets of decorating.  With the addition of designer colored electronic cutting sheets, Icing Images is equipping decorators to expand in to other areas of decorating with images.

Icing Images wishes to thank Florida ICED for the opportunity to share our products and services with the plethora of skills found at this show!  More importantly Icing Images is excited about the opportunity to work with ICED to raise money for the Arthritis Foundation and plans to donate a portion of the proceeds of their sales to this wonderful foundation.

Linda McClure and Silhouette SD
For years, I've been decorating cakes the same way as everyone else, using traditional cake decorating tools. I saw an infomercial demonstrating the beautiful designs cut from paper that can be made using an electronic paper cutting machine and wondered if this could be used in cake decorating. My daughter had one of these machines and we began experimenting. It took some time but I finally figured out what was necessary to cut gum paste using an electronic paper cutting machine.

I am not very artistically inclined, so painting beautiful designs on my cakes or crafting cute gum paste figures was out of the question. My clients would bring me pictures of cakes with beautiful scroll work and I would try to match a cutter I had to the design. Discovering what I could do with this type of machine opened up a new world of creative designs for me.

I have demonstrated my cake decorating techniques for several different cake clubs. I enjoy teaching my method and sharing cake decorating ideas.

Please visit Deseret Designs for more information on or to purchase one of these remarkable machines.
