Florida I.C.E.D Cake Competition

The Florida I.C.E.D. Cake Competition is a sugar arts competition benefiting the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central & Northern Florida.
The Florida I.C.E.D. Cake Competition will include a
cake design, accessories, and tasting challenge in the
them of "Romantic Wedding Dresses." Sugar art
entries will be judged by highly qualified professional
volunteer judges. The winners of novice, advanced, and professional divisions will be announced at the conclusion of the event. In addition to Grand Prize, 1st Place, and 2nd Place awards in each skill division, a People's Choice and a Decorator's Choice will be awarded.
Pastry chefs, professional cake decorators, culinary students, and at-home bakers from across the nation are invited to compete. The show is open to the public and all are welcome. In fact, brides & grooms looking for original, cutting-edge ideas are encouraged to attend! And all attendants are eligible to enter to win "sweet" raffle prizes benefiting our chosen charity.
While the show will be conducted in English, we will have a Spanish translator available for those who want/need it.
